Day 19

What I Ate Today:

Breakfast: Kashi Shredded wheat, almond milk, 1/2 banana
Lunch: Sweet & Sour chicken w/ white rice, root beer
Dinner: Steak, baked potato w/ df butter & ketchup, broccoli, almond milk
Dessert: Oreo Minis
